Dates 2011:  Friday evenings, 6.45-9.45pm, 21 Jan,  25 Feb, 25 March, 27 May, and 24 June  and one weekend, 16-17 July

and Friday evenings 23^rd September and 21^st October 2011

The course is designed to be taken as a whole rather than as individual evenings

Course Fees £799, include 7 evening seminars and one weekend, plus the Embodied Awareness Compendium.

The course is limited to 20 participants and early booking is advised.  A deposit of  £399  is required by 20^th November 2010 to secure your place. The second instalment is due in April 2011
